TechPrep.fyi is an educational platform offering algorithm explanations, AI learning paths, coding tutorials, and interactive AI tutoring. It is operated by Jasdeep Bhalla ("we", "us", "our").

You may use TechPrep.fyi for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content in bulk without permission
- Use the AI Tutor to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or circumvent any part of the site
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

All content on TechPrep.fyi — including text, code, animations, graphics, and curriculum — is the property of TechPrep.fyi or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.
You may view and use content for personal learning. You may not reproduce, republish, or sell any content without explicit written permission.
Third-party trademarks (e.g., Python, LeetCode, Claude, OpenAI) are the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement.
4. AI-Generated Content
TechPrep.fyi uses Anthropic's Claude API to power its AI Tutor feature. AI responses are provided for educational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. You should:
- Verify important information from authoritative sources
- Not rely on AI responses for production code without review
- Not input sensitive, confidential, or personal information into the AI chat
We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
5. Third-Party Links and Resources
TechPrep.fyi links to external resources including YouTube videos, papers, courses, and documentation. We do not control these resources and are not responsible for their content, availability, or accuracy. Links do not imply endorsement.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
TechPrep.fyi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
